About Me
About me
I’m here to help you lead with confidence, navigate change, and build something that lasts.
Hi, I’m Diana — a career and leadership coach with a background that bridges psychology, business, and technology. I’m also an entrepreneur and currently lead the Salesforce Canada PMO practice at a digital transformation consulting firm.
Before transitioning into tech, I completed an MSc in Neuroscience and spent several years at a research hospital, where I led studies focused on neurodegenerative disorders. The experience deeply shaped my understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and resilience — all of which now fuel my work as a coach and leader.
I’m passionate about helping others grow — whether that’s through fostering self-mastery, scaling impactful operations, or navigating change with clarity and confidence.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in Toronto, tucked into a cozy coffee shop with a book in hand or out exploring the city’s neighbourhoods with my family.
Together, we can:
- Clarify your vision and reconnect with what matters most
- Tackle burnout and find a more sustainable rhythm
- Explore career pivots, purpose, or identity shifts
- Build operational systems to support growth
- Lead with intention through change, conflict, or complexity

Certifications, Degrees, and Experience
My approach is grounded in both formal training and lived experience. I’ve completed my coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and earned a MSc in Neuroscience.
This combination allows me to meet clients where they are — with curiosity, clarity, and a toolkit that bridges insight and action.
